Each item is made to order, and we personally handle each order to ensure it’s produced and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. -
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delivery delays, missed scans, or tracking issues are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience if they occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 2 business days after dispatch for tracking to update once scanned by the carrier.

International orders outside the U.S. may experience additional delays due to customs processing.

Once an order has shipped, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order (such as a defect or incorrect item received).
Please review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Refunds (if approved) may take up to 5 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
